About This Role

LINKIT is a global IT partner focused on enabling any organization to innovate through software development. We help our customers change how software is built with a low-code platform, empowering organizations to create and deploy critical applications that rapidly transform their business.

As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will engage with corporate enterprise organizations within the US market and sell projects that create solutions with significant value for organizations and fundamentally change how they deliver critical web and mobile business applications.

You are our ideal candidate if you have over 5 years of proven experience and success in a direct B2B sales or consulting role. You can manage the entire sales process from discovery to closing. You are eager to leverage your network to access prospects and potential partners. With existing partners, you will build upon a valued relationship by working closely with other Account Executives. As an energetic self-starter, you are self-driven, independent, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll help our customers to build significant value by:

  • Following up on appointments that come in through our existing sales campaigns, uncovering new leads, conversion into selling, and further developing accounts across the given region;
  • Achieving sales quotas in a territory – quarterly and annually – by developing a sales strategy in the allocated region with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan to include selling with our low-code vendor;
  • Selecting, identifying, and qualifying high-value opportunities for LINKITSYSTEMS in conjunction with the low-code vendor, including driving the sales pipeline with them;
  • Calling on and building personal relationships yourself with directors and C-level executives across business and IT units, establishing communications in your accounts to understand their needs and priorities;
  • Working in a structured sales process with predictable results;
  • Articulating the value proposition of LINKITSYSTEMS to the customer at both the technical and business levels;
  • Consistently communicating and brainstorming with an extended team around account and opportunity development aspects;
  • Reporting the progress of your activities structurally using our Salesforce & Hubspot platforms;

You’re the candidate we need if you have:

  • Extensive sales experience (5+ years) in enterprise software delivery or consulting and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets;
  • A technically solid sales background with the ability to explain the business value to executives;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team;
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior IT & business manager level and ability to build strong relationships;
  • Proven track record of partnering with Technology Vendors;
  • Excellent qualifying and closing skills;
  • Strong orientation to team communication and collaboration;
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce to maintain a current and accurate pipeline;
  • Ability to thrive in an independent and fast-paced startup environment;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent;
  • You master the local language, i.e., English, and preferably one more language;
  • Genuine human interest in working in an international team and environment;
  • Travel as needed.
